SOUND HEALING

I have pursued my interests with natural healing modalities for over 15 years. During this time, I have attained my master level in Reiki and my passion is to assist others along their journey and mastery of Self. Whilst having experienced working in the medical field for 30 years, it was clear that there is so much more to healing beyond the physical.

Having raised a family and previously working with many people, children included, I have learnt that this requires empathy, compassion, nurturing and importantly connection with people. It is an honour to be able to continue to be of service in this capacity as a Reiki Practitioner.

The energy of Reiki not only compliments physical healing, but also reaches beyond that, opening the doors to understanding yourself at a deeper level of the body, mind and spirit. Reiki helps to shine a light towards a greater spiritual awareness whilst expanding your consciousness.

My interests with healing also include playing the Crystal Sound Bowls and other sound healing instruments. The ability to intuit the harmonics of sound has also opened the door to the benefits that sound has with healing, meditation and Reiki.

My personal journey with Reiki continues to support my health and wellbeing, my on-going spiritual growth and expansion of my consciousness. Being open to embracing the unknown and transmuting it into the known, is the exciting part of the mastery of self. Reiki goes hand in hand with taking those steps.

ANYONE CAN LEARN REIKI

Learning Reiki for yourself -

Reiki Levels 1, 2 and 3 (a) are each taught over a period of 2 days. The length of time an individual takes between each Reiki Level is a personal choice, bearing in mind that as one progresses through the Levels, much personal growth takes place on all levels of your being, so it is best not to rush the process. The number of levels you do is a personal choice, there is no pressure, and all seminars are conducted in a friendly and relaxed manner for maximum enjoyment.

REIKI 1

The First Step

This Seminar provides an introduction to the Energy of Reiki. You will learn its history and background, and you will receive four attunements which empower you to access and work with the Energy. The attunement process raises your vibrational frequency to a higher level through your Chakra system. This level of Reiki will give you the tools to take control of your own health and well-being, by enabling you to treat yourself and others. You will be given comprehensive instruction and practice in the technique, as well as clear and easy guidelines to help you work with Reiki in your daily life.

Detailed information and teaching is provided on Life-force energy, the Electro-Magnetic Scale, Chakras, the state of Disease and its causes. You will be taught a 13-step aura cleanse, how to give yourself a treatment as well as doing a treatment on others.

Upon completion of each course, you will receive a certificate.

REIKI 2

Advanced Reiki

This seminar provides the means for more profound personal growth. You will receive a further attunement which will empower you to work with Reiki in a greatly expanded capacity by initiation to the Reiki Symbols. These sacred tools help us to access Energy in specific forms, to assist in clearing and healing on all levels in a rapid and harmonious way. The symbols are a wonderful tool for creating protection, to give you stronger energy and therefore stronger healings. You will also learn how to send Reiki to yourself and others through time and space. I also teach two additional treatments: the Chelation treatment and the Mental/Emotional treatment.

Not all schools teach the Chelation treatment, but it is a wonderful and powerful treatment for clearing blockages, balancing the energy system and clearing out negative energies. The Mental/Emotional treatment greatly assists people with stress, anxiety or suffering emotional trauma, as well as people having sleeping problems. You will also be taught how to do a Chakra Balance.

Reiki 2 offers a powerful means for deeper spiritual unfoldment, as well as providing the tools for using Reiki at practitioner level.

REIKI 3 (a)

The Inner Journey

This Seminar is a further step for those who have completed Level 2 as part of our ongoing commitment to provide students with a well-grounded framework for more profound spiritual unfoldment. You will also receive another attunement that empowers you to go deeper into your inner growth towards Self Realisation through innate understanding of Universal Oneness. It is about moving beyond limiting concepts and belief systems to take the pure essence of Reiki Energy into the 21st century. Reiki 3 (a) seminar will provide a more in-depth understanding of Energy and Self. We discuss the evolutionary path of Man - The Human Ladder and the cosmic connection to Reiki.

You will also learn another symbol to help connect your lower self to your higher self and your guides. This symbol forms a 'rainbow' bridge between dimensions and between realities. Another helpful tool is taught with how to do a Reiki (healing) Triangle to create a better situation or heal a problem. This empowers you to consciously engage in the co-creative process with manifestation. Reiki 3(a) is for those who feel a need to explore the spiritual aspects of Reiki more deeply and understand how our consciousness and awareness can change our lives.

Reiki Level 3

Master/Teacher level is for those who are ready and wishing to expand even further the inner journey of Reiki. You will receive a final attunement and master symbol. The Master/Teacher level provides you with the tools and opportunity to become a teacher. In this level you are taught how to do the attunements for each level of Reiki along with an even deeper understanding of the teachings of the Reiki symbols that is required at this level. The Master/Teacher level is an ongoing process that fosters commitment and dedication in honouring this sacred healing practice.
